I highly endorse and recommend Robert Wolf, especially as a defense attorney.

About 4 years ago, a girl accused me of sexual assault and yet gave the police inconsistent and convoluted information about the supposed incident. I supplied DNA evidence and Robert Wolf guided me through the process of understanding how the prosecutors work (and may treat this matter). Over the next few months — and apparently because the DNA sample I supplied proved negative — the prosecution chose not to pursue the case anymore. Yet, it is this attorney’s communication and assurances that made a big difference during those few months when the prosecutors were investigating. He tells you the likelihood of events unfolding, and where our strength and weaknesses (from a prosecution standpoint) might lie. Almost four years later we have kept in touch even if the case is no longer active, and he has moved on to this own private practice.

Mr. Wolf Is a life saver if it wasn’t for him I would be facing almost 5 yrs in Federal prison because of Mr. Wolf I’m home 8 months house arrest I’m working​ full time and most of all I’m home with my wife and kids also he’s a good friend trust worthy and all. He makes you feel good about yourself and he really fights for you Thank you Mr. Wolf for getting my life back. If you want someone to fight for you he’s your guy.

Due to some poor decision-making on my part I was looking at some serious felony charges. Based on a close personal friends recommendation I called Robert Wolf. I met with Robert, and after our first meeting I knew I had the right guy. He worked quickly and diligently to put together a plan for my defense. When all was said and done the felony charges were dropped and I plead guilty to a misdemeanor and paid a fine. If you are in need of a defense attorney, don’t hesitate to call Robert. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Robert C. Wolf, Esq. of Westmont, NJ as a DUI lawyer. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the DUI laws and during my court defense; he was right on point with the facts & the laws. He aggressively represented me to get the charges dismissed. His pleadings to the judge were excellently presented. They were clear and precise. He is a “well-spoken” lawyer.

I was charge with refusal and DUI after an accident. I was a passenger and the driver told police that I was driving. I was innocent of both charges. Through the diligence of Robert C. Wolf, Esq. and Brian DeCosmo, a private investigator, both charges were dismissed. They bull doggedly went to go to court in my defense 4 times & I could not of asked for better representation.

And I can’t say enough about Brian DeCosmo too. He investigated the accident, talked to the arresting police officer and deposed witnesses to the accident. This was extremely helpful in getting my charges dismissed. Thankfully I had the right lawyer and private investigator. I am a lucky person considering the possible loss of license, surcharges and fines. And how reasonably the fees for Mr. Wolfe and Mr. DeCosmo services were or I would not been able to afford my defense. I want everybody to know about these guys who find themselves in my desperate position. They can help!

I thought I was done for before I met robert. Robert gave me individual attention and worked around my situation with great effort. Robert was very professional, realistic and knows what he is doing. My first instinct as a female was to search for a female attorney, but after reading the reviews for Robert Wolf I realized that he was the right attorney for me. Legal issues are scary and it was my first time encountering trouble with the law. I had no idea what to do but I knew that I needed to speak with someone. Robert was patient, considerate, and he was a great listener. I was already feeling ashamed over the legal situation I found myself in, but he never judged me nor made me feel bad for what happened. I felt like he really took the time to get to know my situation and his representation was phenomenal. Upon my first meeting with him, I knew that I was in good hands, and I felt that way right up until my day in court. I was referred to Robert by one of his partners, who is a personal friend. I was facing charges for a DUI. Having a high BAC meant I was looking at a loss of license for 7 months, an Interlock device on my car, high fines, etc. After my first meeting with Robert, I was instantly confident in his ability to see that I had the best possible outcome. He listened, explained the procedure, and was always available for questions. He never told me what I should do, only made recommendations (good ones!). Mr. Wolf handled a recent traffic violation on my behalf. He is a true professional. At my initial consultation, he spent a substantial amount of time explaining the violation with which I was charged. He explained the process of going to court and how the matter would likely be handled by the prosecutor and the likely outcome of a plea and full trial. I was naturally nervous the day of court but much to my delight, the process went exactly how Mr. Wolf told me it would. We were in and out very quickly and with a fantastic result.

I would give Mr. Wolf 20/10. I have been involved in a case of shoplifting. If I were to be convicted, I would loose my professional license and get deported as I’m not a US citizen. He listened to me and knew exactly my concerns. He knew exactly what to say to the judge and to the opposing party. Finally, the opposing party (one of the stores in Cherry Hill) were also nice and dropped the case. Mr. Wolf also did not charge me much, and did not take advantage of my problem even though he knew that money was not an issue for me as I make more than enough to be able to pay him. He was always available to talk to, and always gave me hope. I was not able to sleep at night because of that, but after the first time I spoke to him I could sleep and function normally. Thank you God and thank you Mr. Wolf for what you have done for me. He is simply the best lawyer I have ever seen.

I was the victim in an assault case. I had never been in court in my life (except for jury duty). Robert was there for me. He went to court with me and explained everything that would happen. When the attorney for the man who assaulted me tried to make this go away, Robert stood up for my rights. He is a caring, intelligent, principled attorney. Where to begin, right? You’ve found yourself in trouble and its serious…and you’re scared. Do yourself a favor and call Mr. Wolf. I’m not going to get detailed about my case. But I am going to get detailed about Mr. Wolf. First, upon meeting Mr. Wolf he is patient and not in a hurry to hear your situation. Afterwards, he calmly runs through a number of questions and then basically puts a game plan together. Obviously, there are priorities in every case. Mr. Wolf sets those priorities into place with his game plan. In my case, there were things that were needed to be done/filed right away. Things I never would have thought about. You need patience as you proceed through your case. The courts will set your court dates, then depending on your case, Mr. Wolf can make suggestions about whether those dates work or not based on the discovery he has received. He then can apply to even have dates changed. Again, without going into the details of my case, I will describe Mr. Wolfs work ethic. It’s non stop. He’s calculating, extremely intelligent, explains everything to you so that YOU understand what’s going on. Things get complicated in the court system. Yet he “keeps the ship steady” and calmly explains everything, every step of the way. You will worry, and he is always available to talk. He’s part attorney and part psychiatrist, even though I’m sure he didn’t want to be the latter, he was. He was there for me every step of the way. And yes, he allowed me to bend his ear many times with my own concerns and worries, when he probably didn’t have to, but he did anyway.
After saying all that, he is aggressive and KNOWS THE LAW. I say that because you’re about to choose between a number of attorneys. This. Guy. Knows. The. Law. He knows who to call and where to get questions answered for your case. One day after court, on my way down the elevator to go home, another attorney looked at me as I got off the elevator and said “Is Robert Wolf representing you?” I said yes, why? She said; “you’re in excellent hands, he is a very good attorney.” I felt great! So there’s a review from one of his peers! I wont ramble on, but I will say this, my case was important and serious. Mr. Wolf lowered the charges to a fine. The weight lifted off my back was incredible and I owe it all to him. I seriously doubt if I had another attorney that the outcome would have been as good as it was for me. You see, through my ordeal, I was able to see other attorneys at work. Mr. Wolf beats them all as far as I’m concerned.

I was facing some very serious charges because of a 3rd DUI and was beside myself. The punishment for this was 90 days in jail, 10 yrs loss of lisence, and thousands of dollars in fines.
